We rented the car in Tirana which was great, it broke down half way to Gjirokastra and we had filled the car with a full tank of gas. The car was was under a 1/4 tank when we picked the car up. We contacted the owner and they sent a new car and tow truck. It took 4 hours. That car needed gas as well. I asked to be reimbursed for the gas I put in the first car and I was told we would be taken care of. When we returned the car he would not reimburse us for the gas. we did communicate to the agent that rented us the car, he promised a solution for the reimbursement of the gas for the broken down car. but he never followed through.

one of the best rides I have booked. timely car was brought to us on airport and was picked on time as well. would definitely recommend their service.

very good service, good communication. would recommend and use again!

I recommend this company. Professional approach, excellent car, no hidden fees or upfront costs. I'll be happy to use them again.
