Alquilar 2013 Seat Alhambra (automatic)

We rented a car from Yorent through the RentX app for our trip to Albania. Since we were a group of 6 with plenty of luggage, we chose a SEAT Alhambra, and it was the perfect choice, very spacious and comfortable. Our flight was delayed by more than 4 hours, and we only arrived at around 1 AM. Despite this, we were not charged any extra fees. The representative kindly waited for us at the airport and handed over the keys without any issues, which we really appreciated. One of the biggest advantages was that there was no deposit required, and the full insurance cost only €10 per day, which was much cheaper than many other rental companies we looked at. We also added a second driver at no extra cost, while several other companies wanted to charge an additional daily fee. The car itself was in good condition, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it had Bluetooth connectivity. Before booking, I contacted them with several questions about the car, and they responded quickly and clearly to everything. I also did not have an International Driving Permit (IDP). My Indian driving licence and passport were sufficient, which made the process very straightforward. Before booking, I spent a lot of time researching car rentals in Albania and found many reviews about companies charging customers for minor scratches, driving on unpaved roads, or closely tracking vehicles with GPS. With Yorent, we had none of these problems. We were not charged any unexpected fees. The only request was to wash the car and leave it at a nearby hotel for the next customer, which was completely fair. Overall, we had a smooth and stress-free experience.
