Dear Mr. Brume, We were very disappointed to read your review, as it contains several inaccuracies and does not accurately reflect the service you received. Airport pickup: Prior to your arrival, we provided you with clear, standard instructions on how to locate our staff at the airport. As explained, our representative waits at the airport exit holding a sign with the client’s name, and we also kindly ask customers to contact us upon arrival to ensure a smooth meeting. Airport Wi-Fi is free and easily accessible. Unfortunately, these instructions were ignored, and no attempt was made to contact us. After waiting 30–50 minutes without seeing you, our staff had to call you multiple times in order to finally meet. This situation was entirely avoidable had the provided instructions been followed. Security deposit: Regarding the deposit, a €100 security deposit is clearly stated in the rental conditions for every reservation. This information is displayed transparently and repeatedly. Overlooking this requirement does not make it unreasonable or unexpected, nor does it make it our responsibility. Vehicle selection and condition: You booked a van that was clearly described in advance, including pictures, model year (2014), and specifications, at a very competitive rate of €55 per day. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and met all the requirements you selected. We also offer newer models (2022 and later), which you chose not to book, likely due to the significantly higher price. Complaints about the production year after selecting the vehicle yourself are therefore unjustified. The van is a Mercedes-Benz, fully certified and inspected, with official documentation available inside the vehicle confirming it passed all required technical checks by the Albanian vehicle inspection authority. Claims regarding brake issues or unsafe driving conditions are entirely false. Vehicle return condition: Upon return, the vehicle was left in an unacceptable condition. The interior was excessively dirty, with trash throughout and chewing gum stuck to the seats. Additionally, the fuel level was significantly lower than at pickup. Both cleaning fees and fuel replacement charges are clearly stated in the rental agreement. Despite this, you refused to take responsibility for either. Conclusion: All issues raised in your review stem from your own actions: not following arrival instructions, disputing clearly stated rental conditions, selecting an older vehicle at a lower price and then criticizing it, and returning the car dirty and with less fuel. Presenting these matters as service failures is misleading. It is disappointing that a €10 cleaning fee, far below what would normally be charged given the vehicle’s condition resulted in such an inaccurate and misleading review. We take pride in offering transparent policies and fair treatment to all our customers. We also welcome genuine feedback to help us improve. However, reviews that misrepresent the facts do not reflect the true experience we strive to deliver.
