Everything went smoothly. Excellent service, the manager met me at the airport and when I came back. The car (Tucson 2013) ran well, I used it for 12 days.

Punctual service, they greeted us very friendly upon our arrival. They escorted us to the car we had reserved, and unlike other companies, they give you the car you reserved. The prices are average, and the car was clean and in excellent condition. The staff was always available to answer any questions or concerns we might have. Overall, I highly recommend them if you need to rent a car in Tirana. See you soon, guys.

We rented a Hyundai Tucson from Auto Z-24 and everything went perfectly. At pickup, the staff kindly showed us a small scratch on the car from a previous client and even offered to change the vehicle free of charge if it was an issue. For us it wasn’t important, and we loved the car, so we kept it. The staff was extremely professional, polite, and communicative. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend Auto Z-24 without hesitation!
