Wynajmij Jeep Renegade 2020 (automatic)

Don't waste your time looking for another car rental company — you've already found the best one in Albania! This was my first time visiting Albania, and the very first person I met was the owner of this car rental company. Honestly, he turned out to be one of the best people I met during my entire trip! They have a huge selection of cars, outstanding customer service, and a level of professionalism that is hard to find. The owner is available at any time, always responds to messages, and handles any questions or problems quickly, professionally, and with a genuine desire to help. We rented a Jeep Renegade and were extremely happy with both the car and the overall service. Everything went smoothly, without any unnecessary stress or unpleasant surprises. **If you're planning a trip to Albania and need to rent a car, look no further!** You won't just get a car — you'll get excellent service and, most importantly, genuine human kindness. A huge thank you for everything! If we return to Albania, we won't even consider going anywhere else. We'll definitely rent from you again! **Highly recommended to everyone visiting Albania! Five stars without a doubt!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very disappointing rental experience. I booked a 2020 Jeep Renegade, automatic, with a dash camera, but was given a 2013 Mitsubishi ASX instead. I was initially promised that the Jeep would be provided the next day, but this never happened. I was given several different explanations for why the Jeep was unavailable. The Mitsubishi had multiple problems: the horn did not work, there was no spare wheel, the cover of the overhead glasses compartment was missing, the front suspension made a very loud rattling noise, and there was a strong diesel smell inside the car when the engine was running. The documentation was also handled very poorly. Under pressure, I was asked to sign documents for the Jeep, with a promise that the vehicle registration number would be added once the Mitsubishi was replaced by the Jeep. The replacement never happened, and the documents were never properly corrected. As a result, I effectively drove the entire rental period without a proper rental agreement for the actual vehicle I was driving, and without clearly knowing what insurance coverage or other guarantees actually applied to me. This was not simply a different car than expected — it was a poorly managed rental with serious vehicle defects and inadequate documentation.
