The actual car I received was Audi Q3, which was an actual upgrade. Same price, same conditions. The car was in good condition. Pick up and return was easy. The owner didn't speak much English, but that was ok. I definitely recommend this service provider. Only one thing to mention: please read the contract carefully, mine had mileage restriction on it, but the provider was ok to cross it out.
