Had this BMW for 5 days, everything was perfect ! From pick up to drop off no problems and super nice Lady ! Car was clean and perfect for the road conditions , absolutetly would rent here again. Thank you guys again and hopefully see you soon !

We rented a car in Albania and were truly lucky with our rental provider. This wonderful lady was extremely kind and supportive from the very first day until the return of the car. During our rental, an unfortunate incident occurred when someone scratched the vehicle. Since we had full insurance, we immediately sent her a video. She responded with great understanding, reassured us, and supported us throughout the process. In the end, we didn’t have to pay anything extra. What really impressed us was her kindness in everyday situations: when we had no cash to pay for parking (only a card), she even covered the parking fee for us. This small but generous gesture showed once again what a truly kind and helpful person she is. When returning the car, everything went smoothly and pleasantly. We are very grateful for her support and professional attitude. Thanks to her, the whole rental experience was stress-free and comfortable. Highly recommended!
