We didn't get the car we originally booked. Furthermore, they refused to refund the €33 late fee, claiming that we had returned the car five minutes early.

Everything went smoothly. Without any disappointment. Recommend

The car was clean, in great condition, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were both simple and efficient. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout.

I highly recommend RentX to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free car rental experience. Would definitely use their service again!

Car in good condition, almost brand new , good location , good service .

Great service! The car was clean, staff were super helpful, and pickup at Tirana Airport was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
